Bonded Warehouse
Mclarens Lubricants’ bonded warehouse facility has enabled the prompt supply of marine lubricants in bulk for vessels calling to Sri Lankan ports.
Lubricants are imported through flexi-bags in 20ft containers and systematically transferred to IBC Tanks. Each IBC tank takes a mere 10 minutes to fill up to 1000 liters and are stored securely in our very owned bonded facility as per ExxonMobil guidelines.
This process eradicates the hassle of the use of drums. Through this groundbreaking technique, space on vessels are utilized in a more efficient manner as lube oil is directly supplied to the vessels lube oil tanks, resulting in minimal time and optimized cost passed to the customer.
